In accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), this notice explains how your personal data may be processed by Crawza as the data controller. Crawza is a multi-tenant, AI-powered e-commerce SaaS platform that lets businesses build and run their own online stores without code.

Your data is processed to provide the platform service, create and manage your membership and subscription account, handle billing and payments, respond to support requests, improve our services, and fulfil our legal obligations.

Your data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary, to competent public authorities under legal obligations, to banks and payment providers, to hosting/cloud and infrastructure providers, and to the integration sub-processors you connect to your account (such as AI, email or messaging providers).

Your data is collected electronically through our website and platform admin panel, on the legal bases of the establishment and performance of the service contract, legitimate interest, and compliance with legal obligations.
